Advent of the Three Calamities

So far I have to say the author's pov was better than this. This has some plotholes and I thought the author would improve more.

Great novel, but just not for me. This one reminded me why I don't usually read novels set in schools. It's hard for me to imagine all the scheming and fighting among teenagers while the teachers, who are supposed to be some of the strongest people in the world, just stand by and watch. I also found it difficult to relate to the characters. The main character's power revolves around emotions, but I think "Shadow Slave" handled that concept better. Additionally, I didn't like that the main character became as strong as those who had trained longer in less than a year. The power-ups felt lackluster and didn't have that significant progression, like going from level 1 sadness to level 2 was just unremarkable. The idea that he developed a new technique to impersonate someone's emotions to become a better fighter was hard to believe, especially with the short fight scenes. I'll stop rambling here. While the novel has some great aspects, it just doesn't work for me.

Clover leaf power 1st ability:emotional immersion(it's let's him feel and experience a emotion to it's peak.) 2nd ability:character immersion(it's let's him feel the emotion and memories of other people. It's also copy persons experience.) 3rd ability:time travel(it's just timetravel to past trauma. It didn't fully explained because it was used only one time) 4th ability:?

D*mn just noticed this but the synopsis is foreshadowing, like he was swallowed whole in the new arc then forgot who he was……….
