Say whatever you want, but nobody can stop me from giving this book 5 stars. This book was right up my alley so I may be biased, but it's still a masterpiece—a humble beginning, a naive boy, to you-can-guess-what. The goosebump-inducing attention to detail, especially Han Li's temperament was praiseworthy. Proof of its worth can be seen by how I finished this book and its immortal arc, a total of approximately 3800 chapters, in a month. Han Li has many chance encounters, but every chapter ends with you wanting more. He has a tremendous amount of luck and as described by a character very late into the book, ' Blessed by the heavens' But keep in mind that he is by no means a coward. Although he gets stronger and better with luck and chance meetings, his cautious nature and coolheadedness also play a big role. All the emotions displayed in the book are very realistic. You can see him developing throughout the book. The book's title does justice to his journey from a mortal to an immortal. P. S. It's addictive, don't start it if you do not have the time to finish it, bros and sisters, cause otherwise you'll be thinking about it when you shouldn't.
The most frustrating novel I have ever read dumb and cruel mc I hated very much I could not go beyond 200 even cultivation stages doesn't not make sense what is 13th layer?
I finished it years ago (not form this website) After the ending, it made me felt kinda empty. The story can still progress, the ending was just a new beginning. Anyway, the time I started reading, waiting for new chaps every day until the end was worth it, a great journey.
A good cultivation novel without making the protagonist overly arrogant and just going against everything and everyone as the usual trope. It has some low moments of baffling decisions made by the supposed cautious hero but better than most novels.
The first few arcs is very well written and logical cultivation novel for me its 10/10 but after ch 800 it become generic cultivation novel with a lot of forced plot and out of the characters decisions which honestly kill it for me
One of the better novels out there. The main character doesn’t follow usual tropes and isn’t especially strong and is usually lowkey. Steady pacing throughout. There’s no negative of reading this novel and book2 is currently out. Would recommend.
this novel in particular is one of the best when it comes to cultivation, I'm re-reading it for old times' sake. . . lol. The feeling that the protagonist goes through is truly that of a mortal entering the immortal path. It's a little slow but the world building is great.
its alright id say, the story feels forced because of "coincidences" such as the teleportation altar to the scattered seas he found. or how he turns dumb in vital situations such as the kunwu mountain arc or the moulan plains escaping arc.
This is definitely one of the best novels I've read thus far. Although there's a sequel to this novel "immortal world arc", i haven't found any reliable sites yet. The character building of the mc is pretty good, however the story building can be stagnant and sometimes boring so its average at best. I still highly recommend this novel to those who are interested, its definitely a good read.
The most crucial aspect of this is undoubtedly the MC; he is nice, which is unusual on CN, and, maybe most importantly, relatable. This is because he utilizes his brain, he is calm, he feels human, and we have been with him since his childhood. How Han Li (MC) develops is great, and you understand his actions and understand him; sometimes you know what he would do in certain situations, which is unusual in fiction. I recommend everybody read this. Some think it's boring, but I don't see it that way; it may be slow at times, but I only see what's necessary. If you want to go on an adventure, read this. If you want to, read this.
as long as i know there's 2nd book about his journey in immortal world
