Jia Ning, stripped of his clothes, looked down at Gu MingYue, who was curled up in a ball. His muscles were taut and defined, his contours smooth and well-proportioned. The six-pack on his abdomen glowed with a fine sheen in the candlelight, radiating raw, primal strength.

He leaned closer to Gu MingYue, his back slightly bent, his aura threatening, like a predator in the night.

“My lady…” Jia Ning lifted Gu MingYue’s chin with his fingertips and pressed his lips to hers as he murmured. The sound lingered lightly in his mouth, husky and magnetic, yet also carrying an indescribable hint of taboo that was alluring in its softness.

“Ngh…” Gu MingYue reached out to push away the chest that was pressing ever closer, her expression pained as she turned her head to look outside the tent. She knew Jia Ling was sitting outside watching.

The white silk and red lotus snake-patterned curtains were translucent in the orange-yellow candlelight and moonlight, so though the silhouettes of the man and woman inside were blurred, their movements were clearly visible.

Not far from the entrance to the dais was a low table with soft cushions. Jia Ling leaned against a beautiful young woman with one leg propped up with a jade cup held lazily in his hand as he carelessly sipped the amber-coloured wine within.

Whenever he emptied his cup, the beautiful young woman beside him would refill it swiftly with the rare silver pot engraved with the mountains and rivers.

In response, Jia Ling would smile lightly and drink the fine liquor mixed with moonlight.

He had not missed Gu MingYue’s refusal, nor did he miss the broken sobs coming from the inner room… He frowned deeply, and though he was still stirring the wine in his cup, he quickly lost interest in drinking.

Not only did tonight’s wine not make him feel light and free, rather, it made his stomach ache.

A hint of disdain showed on his face as he rubbed the edge of the jade cup between his fingers, before lowering his head and letting out a low chuckle.

Nan Qiu sat at one side of the dais, his eyes flickering as he glanced at Jia Ling before turning back to watch the two figures entangled on the dais.

Inside the tent, Jia Ning had one hand bound Gu MingYue’s wrists together and the other pressed against her back, his long body pressing down on her fair and tender skin. His other hand was between her legs, lifting her round and shapely buttocks upward so that she knelt on the soft quilt.

Gu MingYue panted softly, her eyes misty, large droplets of tears rolling down her cheeks. Rather than the despair and humiliation of a woman who had lost her virginity, her expression was one of confusion and indignation, pitiful to behold.

Jia Ning lay atop her, his warm and wet tongue tracing the outline of her ear before taking hold of her pearl-like earlobe in his mouth.

Gu MingYue let out a soft moan, her legs on the soft bed threatening to give out, but thankfully, the large hand between them held them steady. The man’s middle and ring fingers were already deep inside the narrow passage between the layers of tender red petals, searching for the sensitive spots within the uneven tunnel.

He lifted his tongue and slid it into her ear, the heat of his wetness sending shivers down her spine. She writhed beneath him, trying to escape his hands, but they held her firmly in place. However, unbeknownst to her, her movements only served to stoke the fire within him.

Gu MingYue felt as if thousands of soft feathers were brushing against her neck, shoulders, and back. A tingling sensation spread from her waist to the base of her spine, making her itch all over.

The hand beneath her was already stirring up a squelching sound as two fingers thrust into her body, bending and twisting to press against the sensitive spot near her entrance. They then spread apart, allowing the honeyed liquid to flow between them and drip onto his fingers and palms, soaking his own tender flesh and darkening the silk beneath him.
