      Yeah it's good I highly recommend the novel, not because the mc is highly talented, or is a master of gender equality but because this is one of the few novels were the mc actually grows up and stops acting like a brat, or copy and paste one directional young master from cultivation novel. Another thing is the mc actually has standards so he isn't attracted to every pretty woman that walks, talks and breath, so you won't be see any nonsense about a jade like beauty with no relevance to the story what so ever managing to capture mc heart by being a tsundere or just being conveniently there. If anything this mc has never hesitated in killing people whether male or female he won't even give them a chance to argue before they die what a man. Again the best part of this story is the development of the mc as a whole and how he comes to reflect on his own stubborn personality and actually tries to be better. If anything that in itself is the most satisfying thing about this novel.

      I think it’s okay. There’s lot of separations between him and his wives that gets annoying, and it kinda follows the authors others MC’s in being stupidly arrogant, often as a detriment to himself. Other than that I did like the world building and characters.

        I'm not up to date on DD or RONIG but I can say that Ryu sees some great development regarding his attitude and perspective, more so than Dyon or Leo at the same chapter count at least. IMO this is better than awespecs other novels so long as you like a more traditional cultivation system. Might just be the brainrot catching up to me tho

        Nah I definitely get that, I couldn’t stand Dyon commended up dropping that novel, but while I’m like 300 chapters behind here, I definitely felt the attitude change which was nice.

    The author has the most sh*tty lines of any kind, in my opinion. It is also worth noting that he simply cannot give normal motivation, only a return to family. Not to mention getting into sh*tty situations where you can just ignore and develop. I quit this cr*p because at ~260 it again has problems with the base that the author created to add f*ck*ng drama. He will also solve them with some kind of artifact from the bushes.

      U truly quit too early, that was only his motivation to get stronger, till around CH800ish, after that he started figuring himself and what he wants in life. The main plot swaps from him saving his family and clans to him working towards becoming the strongest in all existence.

        He's not really wrong though. So long as the concept is interesting to you it is 100% worth sticking through to the later chapters. I had dropped this novel several times when I was only several hundred chapters in but finally pushed through some of the rough parts and had some faith in Awespec. Now, I've found this to be my current favorite novel and I can't help but come back every day excited for some new chapters. I still get how annoying it is to be told to basically waste time reading something bad to get some good but when you've read most of everything else you just do what you have to.

    I tried i really did but couldn't get pass 300 chapters it is really loooooooooong and kind boring it feels like we will stay in training ark for 500 chapter or maybe more 😅

    I'm really proud of how much Ryu has matured and developed since he left sacrum for the true martial world. Now that he is understanding temperament there is now hope of him falling for sarriel again because he actually understands that although he was stronger than she was back then, her dao heart was actually much firmer than Ryu.

        Sarriel is the fae love interest that was introduced way back during the moon world arc when they went to the trip palace (neather palace) she the last fae of sacrum and the wielder of the truth eyes.

      The story isn't for you then. Thanks for picking it up it a shame you couldn't get into it. I was like you once it literally took me three tries before I got hooked on the novel you should try again at a later date the novel is good that I promise you.

        Well if we are being honest not everyone would enjoy the middle and latter parts of the first arc but if you get through that It should be a breeze cause that's when all the fun begins everything before that was just getting rid of unnneeded baggage. I got hooked from about chapter 1( Ryu is such an arrogant bastrad that you'd feel p*ss*d if he abandoned it all and started being humble.) The beginning parts of the story although it might not seem like it the mc is far too immature and rash but you'll understand why pretty early on, but don't worry he'll grow out of it and become a good MC. When you start you should read everything up until the four kingdoms tournament then decided if you still want to continue. The chapters that followed were still interesting but I remembered it being such a drag that I skipped a few of them, but it definitely picked up after that. Another thing is the mc gets nerfed a lot but he always over comes them and becomes stronger

    as someone who read up to chapter 1600, take my advice and everyone elses with not bothering reading this. story is mostly bland, characters are mid, fight scenes are good but thats about the only positive that comes out of this i've seen people complain about awespec novels an awful lot and this one certainly doesn't help his reputation

      Bro what are you on about? This is one of those few novel were you actually see the mc grow as a person. Personally this is awespec best work better than all his other novel and I believe that Ryu resonates with all of use as a person and a fictional character we can honestly get lost in his development. The story is good and I believe everyone should read it, but I will agree by saying that maybe the novel isn't just for you.

        fair enough. i can kind of see why my comment is stupid. my first novels were ss and ri (new to this kind of thing) so i dont really have the expertise around what makes a good novel. dont get me wrong, some parts of it are amazing (especially some of the fights) but maybe its just not for me🤷‍♂️

        Go read some city of sin, warlock of the magus world, Lord of the mystery, ominescient readers view point, birth of the demonic sword, throne of magical Arcana, demon Lords reincarnation and finally supreme magus(immediately stop after lith gets married everything else is such a sh*t show after that)
