Its really good. It starts slow but as you keep reading it just gets better and better and it even has some really nice unexpected twists. Keep it up man.

The Best novel actually I love the story I like the writing everything is good in this novel the story has enormous potential after the objective

after the recent chaps, this deserves a 5 star, previous rating was a 4 Nick does in fact get better if that is what you are looking at, but no he does still have the mindset of greater good

There might not be as much depth when it comes to general explanations, but the plot twists? The Power System, The fights, The Character Development? They're all good stuff you don't see anywhere. The Author uses a Pseudo-Third person way of writing so something like SS or Primal Hunter. He doesn't over explain but we get to see the thought processes of characters. Alsooooo for your sake, don't get attached to any Character. This is AOT on Steroids. And If you don't have a strong stomach for gore and nasty descriptions, just stay away for your sake.

Aot? Not jk? Haha I'm just kidding and I get what u mean. Basically unal*ving characters left and right. Imma plan this one for the future tho

It's an epic novel and just one advice for anyone who is at the beginning just endure a little and you will not be disappointed. Have a great day fellows

From the first moment I started reading Kill the Sun, the premise attracted me with its world vaguely similar to an SCP, and throughout the reading the author masterfully manages to maintain the central theme of the work without getting lost. At the beginning, Nick is a very vague character with few motivations. We are then introduced to several factors that expand his way of seeing the world as he meets people, discovers secrets and goes through moments of near death, his personality constantly changing due to the experiences he lives until he reaches the necessary point where the author wanted to get to. The world is vast, well-constructed and full of secrets and situations that can move you to wonder how they can actually be resolved. One point that could generate criticism would be the lack of development of secondary characters from a certain point on, but the author's writing rhythm and the atmosphere within the universe make it easy to understand why. Coherent character development - Well-constructed and concise world - No ex machina, script conveniences - Little padding

Peak. Best light novel I've ever read, author's work is full of surprises and so it makes for a very exciting story. Power system is always adhered to, it must've been thoroughly checked, I just hope the ending isn't rushed.

Peak Novel, Absolute Fiction, World Building Power System, The Story everything is Top notch and of Course our Nick, a very frustrating character to follow but he becomes more interesting as the story progresses. Do yourself a favor & Read it 🌞

Stuck with the novel at the start as it reminded me of lobotomy corp (specters being abnormalities and zephyx being produced from suffering like enkephalin in lobotomy corp is). After the main containment theme left (when wyntor died) I believe is when I started liking the novel for the fact that it was written well with quite a good story line (mirroring the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse and the seven deadly sins as specters). Overall I would say this is a great novel as long as you can make it to where wyntor dies and after without dropping it.

Not the greatest there, it was initially really good but then the author just kept making the mc an unlikable p*ssy. The world building is really good tho and the 1st 200 sumn chapters are really good. I am at 300 sumn and it just became worse.

I agree with your rating. My assessment re the MC is that he's flawed (esp., due to being young and from a disadvantaged background), but realistic. It's the writing style that makes him looks bad. The insane amount of repetition, cringe-y internal monologues and clipped sentences influence our perception of the situations & mc.
