Summary

1 drop of blood = 1-Up

Other people game overnight, I game overnight and bleed.

Ever since the dimensional storms descended upon Earth, numerous dimensional zones have appeared, bringing with them all kinds of dimensional creatures—Immortals, Buddhas, Devils, Angels, Elves, etc.

Yet, all these strange dimensional zones can turn into dungeon instances on my phone. Other people risk their lives adventuring, I spend all my time gaming.

Monsters drop dimensional crystals that boost stats, imbue new skills, and join me as Companion Beasts. These Companion Beasts fight alongside me or alone, augmenting me with their skills and strength. Rare monsters in real life? I’ll just restart the game with a drop of blood to grind it.

I really need a blood transfusion.

To give you a brief summary without spoiling I had to drop it close to midway The MC is about as boring as can be (Not because there is no romance, he quite literally does the same thing over and over again) Usually I like when a characters grows stronger with a game like power system but honestly it gets so repetitive his growth Enemy makes things difficult for him or those around him, he finds a way to deal with them either with his own ability (In the beginning) or with the help of others in his life that are more competent strength wise, he grows stronger thanks to the ability the phone grants him, then it repeats until *Don’t know if this is a spoiler, technically isn’t. Should just be common sense but just giving this warning* he eventually gets stronger and doesn’t really need the old side characters anymore (NPCs), they just become little side plots to add to the story that quite literally takes chapters upon chapters to get over one situation. Sigh

4/5 for passing time. 2/5 for genuine evaluation. It's not a bad work, but it's bland. The ideas around the novel's world are fun and unique though, making it a bit refreshing. My main issues with the story... - MC has an extremely bland personality, and there's nothing driving him apart from the author's forced circumstances. - Many holes and inconsistencies in the story. Everything felt like a convoluted mess, as if the author didn't do enough (finer-detail) planning in contrast to the grandeur of the story. - It also gets extremely repetitive. The title is accurate, far too accurate. It just feels like such a low-effort move from the author, and it impedes a lot of the story's potential. That's all. Basically, it's a waste of potential. The novel is lacking in emotional depth. The plot is interesting, but the depth of the author's planning was sub-par at best. It's enjoyable enough to pass your time, but it's not "one of the greats".

It wasn't something that makes me want to read again. There was many problems from world building to personalities of characters. End of this novel, umm I should say I don't like it but if you don't have anything to read you can read it. 3/5

i dont know why this novel has such good ratings the mc its boring, the other characters are 1 dimensional, the power scaling its subpar and the novel lacks an obscene amount of details, we dont know what represent the strength others than numbers, we dont know if the punch of a mortal grade dude can actually destroy a concrete floor, or if a legend rank can actually lift a car, we dont know anything that gives us a single hint of how strong are the people in the history, and the times where there was a description, the object of comparison was another thing that we didnt know what was its strength. ej: "the punch of the mc produced gusts of wind that send flying the other gold monsters that were nearing" this was when the mc had the strength of legend yeah the monster are supposedly of gold, but we dont know an approximated weight of them and never were we given an explanation of anything of how strong is the mc we dont know how the mc looks like other than having brown eyes :)

Thing is, people generally don't leave reviews after reading the novel. And so, we get skewed ratings that don't represent the common sentiment. If anything, folks mostly make a proper review if they really love the work, or absolutely hate it

Tbh I didn't like the later part of the novel like I did the first 1000 chapters. It lacked the liveliness and flare of the earlier parts. It because all about competitions and most of the other characters became NPCs giving the MC side quests. Every time he advances a level, he became able to one-shot at his level so all the enemies become those above him lol.

I like this story but It irks me that we are 600+ chapters deep and the MC still has no motivation or drive like at all. The showed him KINDA caring about 2 things so far, getting stronger and saving the old principle. But these motivations are Soooo weak that they really don't even matter most of the time. He has the code for the black box and a second black box to add a clue and yet hasn't thought about it for more than 10mins at all. Like idk maybe take the second cube down to the shop and see if you can find a clue on how they work. At least act like you care bro lol. And the "Strength" motivation isn't much better. He doesn't have a reason to get stronger other than survival. Anytime he does rank up alot its because he is forced into a situation or lucks up and finds something crazy. Not to mention he doesn't want to power for any particular reason, not for family or friends or to see his boys or teacher reunited, he's just there. There as more but the site deleted the rest 🤷🏿‍

I really thought, 'The Sigh Of the King' lady as someone as follows, "The world is filled with sudden Chaos, Many Gods, Demons and Dragons have made the land Living hell. On hearing the Reports of the Knights and Ministers of their failure and Inability to Fight the Gods, The Monarch, Tyrant and the Cold Blooded King(Queen) let out a 'Sigh' and got up from her throne with a Sword. She began to Cull the Gods and Demons alike in the Battle. The Unreasonable, Arrogant Ancient Queen Never once Bowed her head to the GODS and IMMORTALS, and Enemies She faced Either Surrendered or Killed. No one Dares to Face her on her Reign...NO ONE! ". Its really is a shocker to know she was someone else and not even a King...,. It just break all the Goosebump moments I felt when MC actually used 'Sigh of the King' in the whole novel.
