Martial world was the first LN book that I read. It introduced me to a whole new world of fiction. I followed Martial World with True Martial World, and the rest is history. Always an amazing read.

it's good overall but don't read it if you have read apotheosis already or don't read apotheosis after this. this is somewhat better than apotheosis but both stories are completely similar including arcs

The novel though being about martial arts was still very good and is a must read if you don't want too many cliches which you come across in various novels, though it has only enough cliches to keep you entertained.

This novel is pretty good to put it simply . A long novel with flaws like any other novel, I enjoyed the progression from weak to strong the most. Far from a waste to read.

I’d give this a solid 4*. Like all great cultivation novels out there, the beginning and middle parts of the LN are great and well written. But I believe people who have read this LN can tell when the ‘Great Rush’ to the finish line begins…it’s a pity and the last arc of the novel could have been fleshed out a lot more. Overall still a solid read and a great cultivation novel!

Martial world was my first complete cultivation novel. Even though it has a few inconsistencies, incomplete storylines and a rushed ending, it will always hold a special place in my heart. It is a must read for someone interested in cultivation novels.

Martial World is a solid read for anyone into cultivation stories. What really stands out is the way it handles cultivation - it's detailed but not overwhelming, making it easy to get into. The story ties up most loose ends nicely, which is pretty satisfying. The fight scenes are another high point. They're clear and exciting, pulling you right into the action. It's not just about the fighting, though; these scenes also push the story forward and show off character growth. All in all, Martial World delivers a good mix of action, story, and character development. If you're into this kind of thing, it's definitely worth checking out.

This was the first cultivation book for a lot of us, read it like 3-4 years ago, i also read the other one with the purple card. . . that said; if u are a new reader this is a very good novel to start with and it will introduce you to the classic cultivation troupes , the realms, cool bloodlines, refining the body ecc. . . its the whole package. If you arent a new reader it's a terrible novel, really repetitive, same plot back and fort, special ed villains, soulles female characters. My rating is 5 star because you have to consider the time it was realeased in. This novel literally invented some troupes.

Honestly Ling mig is the goat. This the probably one of the mot detailed wuxia novels i have ever read which has kept me on my toes till the end . I really liked it. The best part about this is that there arent tooooo many arcs liek martial peak or others novels siilar to that (although martial peak is good) the arcs really capture the essence of the story and potray the story in a beautiful way without getting clunky. In the end definetly a 5/5
