Binging this novel is not a good idea for the first hundreds. . you'll get tired of it and become bored really f*ck*ng fast! I did it, got super tired took a deserved sleep and then powered through the chapters again. It's an interesting book and the mc's not all op in the beginning. He's growing stronger every arc, and his adventures packs some punch for excitements. Though I wouldn't really side with his naivety or hero complex for the half of it. 500+ chaps in the story went downhill with all the rushing. It became bland and the supposed plot twist isn't even that strong and consistent like dandelion's h*rny *ss. Even the ending's disappointing. Still a good read though. Just like how every novels we read always ended up being rush, same fate as their creator's declining health smh. No shade to 'em hard-working authors, just faxxx lmao. I should sleep, no?

I liked the start of the novel. Even without reading the books I could understand how the world worked and it was interesting to see the main character grow. So I will keep my score at 3 points. But after some time, the main character started to get bigger and bigger cheats. He can do everything - he convinces all of the witchers to follow his dream and they even pick him as their de-facto leader. The whole story became the wet dream of a teenager where he is stronger and smarter than everyone around him. In the end I dropped it after he beat his mentor (with decades of experience) only after 2 (or so) years of training.

Solid 4/5 score fanfiction even using web novel standard. The exaggeration in the novel and the unreliable narrator thats very biased almost made me quit, but its nothing simply ignoring the problem cant fix. Be warned that the ending is really rushed The system or character sheet is only matter when its convenient however. The mc winning a duel in pure swordmanship when his sword mastery only level 2 when the enemy is the knight captain of vizima with level 8(at least iirc) in the skill is crazy. More so when despite the mastery type skills being able to be activated to double the skill effect in exchange of double stamina consumption, there has been no mention of the mc ever using it. Well, at least the mc does focused on quite a rare build

It was a fun read. The start of the novel was great and interesting, but after about ch 400, it was started to harder to read. The pacing seemed to be a bit odd. At some points, it would drag on for what seemed to be an eternity, and at other points, it felt way too fast. The Skyrim arc felt out of place to me, but I really loved it and wished that it was longer to be honest. Lastly, the ending seemed rushed, and the final battle was only about 7 chapters so it didn’t feel like a great climax to the story. It felt like the High Most battle was the climax, and everything else was somewhat forced to have a happy ending that ties everything together. in all, it was enjoyable and a fun read.

Very slow start, not very engaging. The characters aren't particularly worth investing in, and the way the MC is treated is frustrating and boring. Wild that this story is rated almost as highly as stories like Shadow Slave.

i write this review while having never played or watch anything about the witcher . Wich is a strength of this novel since you don't need to know much of the universe to enjoy it the beginnig migth be a bit slow and boring but once past that it become really good with a lot of very good character . one of the best fanfic on this site i recommend.

Made me play the games when I finished reading it. I don't think you'd need to know about the series to enjoy this fanfic, the characters are well made and the plot is explained well if you don't know anything about the witcher.

very immersive, its even better because i can visualize almost everything due to my experience in witcher 3. This needs to be top 10 in this site

One of the best written fanfiction novel I've read. The character don't feel the same as one another, you can truly feel the friendship and brotherhood they develop overtime. Pacing at the start is actually quite decent, not too slow and not too fast. However, as others may have said, the ending is rushed, no doubt about it. Still a great read though, would definitely recommend even if you never played withcer 3 before.
