Chapter 267. Not perfect, but I like reading it. The beginning is kind of weird as the author didn't seem to know how to frame it but it quickly became a nice academy/slice of life novel. MC is getting stronger and the people around him are nice. 8/10, definitely going to keep reading
Chapter 267. Nice read, if your bored and just looking to kill time in between. The Harem Tag is just there. 8/10 MC a strong lead no overthe top scheme, teammate that has a purpose to be there and contribute to the team. The start is kind of slow but story flow in good. Will continue reading.
As of page 259 (most recent atp) i HIGHLY recommend the novel. The story is good and fairly engaging. There are editorial mistakes in the chapters that can trip you up at first - some sentences were formatted wrong and inside others / repeating - but it was rare and not really intrusive. I will say i dont think it will blow anyone out of the water but its very entertaining and the humor imo is actually really good.
His pets are very good, quality is so-so, author is good at introducing new things, lack high risk = high gain, low danger, lack of interesting tings (beside his pets).

"The First Legendary Beast Master" is a classic farmboy-turned-hero attending a magical school tale. Karl, the protagonist, is the chosen one, but his abilities and growth in strength are unearned and simply bestowed upon him. This leads to my main criticism: the lack of tension. From the start of his training and school arc until chapter 40, there are no real stakes. However, if you enjoy stories about a chosen farmboy navigating life at a magical school, this one might appeal to you. I'd rate it a 7/10.
To me that what spoils the novel if in the first 50 chapters he has to strive while everyone is given a good environment to improve it makes no sense cause if you read it well he thought of the pros and cons of exposing his abilities and he has made sure to stair clear of those arrogant young masters it's not eberytime someone must struggle do you actually expect him to struggle when he has given them some teasers of what he can do? It's only in those Chinese sorry to say novels that you would see those ki d of things. You k ow full well the guy would bring your family to greatness but you decide to suppress him and choose someone whose mentality is that of a child to me it makes no sense
