The Indomitable Master of Elixirs

Despite the insufferably short chapters and the frequent face slapping, I couldn't help but love reading this book. I don't know how to explain it, but it was just some unique charm to this novel that makes it addictive, especially after the first 300 chapters where it becomes much more interesting than the beginning chapters. However I will say this, if you can't tolerate the first 10 chapters, you're probably not going to love the rest of the novel. In that case I personally recommend skipping to chapter 300 and starting from there. you won't miss too much of the storyline.

The story was spectacular from the start to finish. Although it was a little short on its ending but overall it's still great. I recommend this story to you guys.

I like the female lead, but it really started to drag for me towards the end. Didn't quite scratch that cultivation novel itch, since the FL is steadily OP throughout.

This was a really good read. The FL was OP but had a bottom line. I liked the relationship she has with the ML. It's not like other stories where ML would swoop in whenever FL is in trouble. FL IS THE TROUBLE LOOOOL

Good story! Fast paced and light read there's action, politics, romance but not too cliché and over the top, a well rounded genre. I like that both fl & ml are op. I feel that there should definitely be a second part (cultivation of her demon core) to the road of immortality. 😎

I just finished reading this, and all I can say is THIS IS A WHOLESOME ROLLERCOSTER RIDE. This is so beautiful. North Night is suxh an amazing author. This is my second Chinese novel I have read and both of them are from the same author and I super love them both. If you don’t mind reading a story with more action and less romance then this story is for you. It is worth reading !!! Both the fl & ml are strong and smart.
