The Record of Unusual Creatures

This novel is one of those chill mystery types. The novel itself is kinda slow, as it takes time to explain and describe a lot of stuff, but it does leave one in suspense on what might happen. The mysteries of the past, and the journey to connect all the clues together, draws a person to continue reading. Though, this novel isn't fast paced, or have very exciting fight scenes exciting, and also contains a LOT of dialogue. The characters have their own personalities and emotions.

To be completely honest, its not often that i find a novel that keeps me intrigued until the very end, and this one is one of those. Every time that i sat down to read this book i felt excited and expectant of what was going to happen next, and it never disappointed. I'm the type of person who try's to predict what would happen next based upon what i would write. And each and every time that i continued reading, something completely different than what i thought happened, something more grand, and more magnificent. This is most likely one of the best light novels that I've ever read. if there is anyone out there who is reading this comment debating whether or not you should read this novel, i promise you that as long as you stick it out past the first 100 chapters, you will never be disappointed. Not many novels can get better the longer you read, and this is one of those novels. Well thank you for reading this review and I'm now gonna go and lay in my bed for a while thinking about the fact that i just finished this novel, what a sad day, i wish this novel had infinite chapters. Once again thank you, and let me go cry now xD.

The translations are decent and the world building is A tier. The characters are actual people with their own quirky personalities. However, this novel is slow. Incredibly so. Expect the author to explain every rock, person, or event both presently and historically at all moments. At times, entire chapters are all dialog and the plot doesn’t move forward. This is very much a chill novel. If you can handle that, then I definitely recommend reading. However, if you don’t want to wait 50 chapters for mc to research and investigate things or for the author to explain yet another historical event, then look elsewhere.

Ok, this novel was definitely great both in the mysteries of the goddess and how the gods are in this world. Also, many times when I wanted to rest, a new mystery appears that doesn't stop me from reading it and the characters are great and have quite a few developments, so in my opinion the novel can have 5 stars😁

This novel is good. I started reading this because i had nothing else to do and I very much enjoyed it. The starting is a little slow but after about 50 chapters it gets more and more entertaining. Novel is very funny. I laughed many times reading it. Characters are well written. The only problem I had while reading the novel is that after chapter 1200 it gets a little repetitive. Over all its a good novel.

I need almost a week to finish this, , , , , not S tier but definitely A tier novel, idk why no one talks about it, this has 1 main quest and almost 100 side quests. if u are "our genius mc known calculus since age 5" don't read this, MC n SC is kinda dumb. . . he needs to read the manual book more, kinda hate the ending-_- I hope there's 3-5 chp for epilog or after story

It is a really good novel.Severely under-rated.The character progression is good.The concept of the novel involves gods and an office-like environment(just like focusing on the life of a boss and his employee and the mix of all the people around them, not including extensively the people above the boss).The chapters at the front are a tad bit diff. to read on, as i have seen from other, but it fulfil it in the end.I wanted some epilogue stories for this.

Voilà longtemps que je lis des novels en tous genres, mais rares sont ceux qu'ils m'ont marqués. Cette oeuvre est entrée facilement dans mon top 3. L'histoire ne ce centre pas sur le gain de force du MC mais sur une grande intrigue qui vous donnera envie de lire chaques prochains chapitres. L'oeuvre est bourré d'originalité et ne contient aucuns des clichés habituels propre aux novels en général. Chaque personnages a son importance, chaque détails, qu'ils soit comiques ou insignifiants pourra avoir des conséquences très sérieuse pour la trame de l'histoire. L'humour est génial et bien dosé, sans entacher le sérieux du récit. Le seul reproche que l'ont peut lui donner est d'avoir une fin trop courte. En bref, lisez cette histoire ou vous raterez une des meilleur novel que j'ai lus.
